Produce complete Low-Voltage systems constructions documents including drawings, diagrams and Division 17 performance-based Specifications
Achieve documents which guarantee a tight grouping of bids that accurately represent the project scope

Reduce initial systems costs if necessary without sacrificing the systems in the original design
Manage scope reductions so that devices and equipment can be easily added back into the project without significantly diminishing system function

These services include:
Direct pre-bid meetings with Low-Voltage subcontractors
Review bids for conformance and recommend award of contracts
Attend General Contractor pre-construction and/or value engineering meetings so that Low-Voltage systems are appropriately represented
Review General Contractor's submittals and shopdrawings and address coordination and technical questions as they arise during fabrication, assembly, and installation
Monthly site visits to determine status of work, prepare progress reports and recommend appropriate payments to Low-Voltage subcontractors
Monthly in-service staff training and development of operations, procedures, and manuals for all systems
Perform final punch list of recommend acceptance (or conditions thereof) by the owner.
Compile a binder of individual manufacturer furnished equipment manuals.
